The Asset Recovery conference series is the leading conference series for fraud and insolvency practitioners.  This US & LatAm focused event brings together leading practitioners from the fraud, enforcement, and insolvency world.  It will be of particular interest to global fraud practitioners wanting to learn more about developments in the region, and to US and LatAm lawyers wanting to network with other attendees from across the continent and those from around the world who undertake work in the area.

Join us bright and early 8:15am - 9:00am EST as Validity’s Chief Risk Officer presents alongside Tameka Davis from Conyers BVI on the panel “Are you solvent enough to afford insolvency?”

The last global recession involved many financial institutions, and massive litigation.  What course will insolvencies in the future?  How can trustees and IPs recover assets where the insolvent company was a victim of fraud but does not have funding for litigation?  What are good strategies, and what should clients (whether trustees or creditors) focus on?
