As a litigation funding professional and former trial lawyer, Ronit has been at the forefront of the litigation finance industry. Clients rely on her expertise to help them secure funding for a variety of commercial litigation including for breach of contract, arbitration, bankruptcy, insurance claims, patent infringement disputes, and law firm portfolios. 

Prior to joining Validity, Ronit spent seven years at Bentham IMF and was previously a lawyer at Simpson Thacher Bartlett and O’Melveny and Meyers, where she worked with some of the leading litigation lawyers in the country. She graduated from Yale University with distinction in Philosophy, and received her J.D. from Columbia University, where she was a James Kent Scholar
