Jason Listhaus

Jason is General Counsel at Validity where he works closely with clients, counsel, and the investment team to navigate all aspects of risk mitigation and litigation finance.

Prior to joining Validity, Jason was an associate in the Corporate department at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP and the Financial Services group of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, where he counseled clients on a variety of financing arrangements. His practice included representing both lenders and borrowers in connection with fund financings (including fund of hedge fund facilities, NAV facilities, subscription facilities and hybrid facilities), margin loans, securitizations, and other corporate financings.

Jason received his B.A., magna cum laude, from New York University, his J.D., from New York University School of Law, and his MBA from New York University Stern School of Business, where he graduated with distinction.
